4 Software The MAPAL software permits menubased measuring and setting including database function. Operation on the 19" TFT flat screen monitor is convenient and straightforward using the touchscreen function. If Internet access is allowed, it is possible to undertake remote maintenance. 5 Manual control unit/rotary switch The measuring axes can be moved in steps by motors using a handwheel.
